zeitgeist on ice

This might be an intended funny but it gutted me for some reason.

I spy:

• a Damien Hirst allusion (unintentional or not)
• a visual aid for discussing Baudrillardian theory (simulacra)
• a sort of melancholy joke on Frosted Flakes’ Tony the Tiger (“they’re grr-reat!”)
• something other people might think is funny
• several men in black pants and pale blue collared shirts
• a city I can’t identify
• a caged beast that raises issues about animal rights / endangerment

Any additional caption / associational thoughts I missed? What’s your reaction to it?
