Notes on “Get Him to the Greek”

Molly’s note below is accurate!!! that shit is straightup extensions. the tracks disguised in that weird backcombing bouffant he does. WHAT IS IN THERE? a family of vermin with tiny glasses & a vile of coke to keep him on schedule? or rather on a purposefully delayed schedule to somehow underscore the truthiness of his film role? ugh it’s a glorified Kate Gosselin split hairdo(n’t) & I feel like he’s PAINFULLY high maintenance. and his teethy mouth irritates me EVEN WHEN HIS MOUTH IS CLOSED. AS BELOW>

ETA: also Diddy cannot act and it makes me cringe to see him try. CRINGE. That said, I look forward to this film coming to TBS and being replayed in HD infinitely, as I will probably only watch it A) in a hotel room in Atlantic City in dire straights or B) more realistically in the hamptons at 3am, at like 4am tivo’d while I shout at the screen every other line & am subsequently shushed by all with me. or C) in an airport / on an airplane with headphones, hoarding peanuts & extremely happy camper to be watching a movie during the travel “work day.”

magicmolly:

•The precision of Russell Brand’s curls is suspicious. Curls should have an air of insouciance, no? A devil-may-care vibe? Brand’s hair is like a mission statement.

•But he’s great at projecting an addict’s charisma
