Sony, wake up this is the future. Spend resources on making cooler shit that kids will want rather than whining about innovation that YOUR product served as the base for. If they were really smart, Sony would hire Hotz rather than spend tons of money on a law suit intended to scare others. Sony would also be well served to flip this whole mess on its head and create a big crowdsourcing site where kids can upload their own content and Sony gets the glory for A) being cool and B) providing RICH, DYNAMIC, EVOLVING CONTENT.
